Thus, during a recent joint raid with traffic police officers from the bailiff department in the Balaklava district of Sevastopol, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the debtor’s vehicle was identified in the traffic and stopped. After which the bailiffs of the department immediately drew up an inventory of the seizure of the car belonging to citizen G, warning him that the seized property would be transferred for evaluation and further sale to pay off existing debts. Not wanting to lose his beloved vehicle, the debtor paid the debt on traffic police fines in full on the same day, taking into account the enforcement fee, by transferring the funds to the department’s deposit account.
