A resident of the Kirov district organized a greenhouse of hemp in the attic

Employees of the Office for Control of Drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea during an operational-search event at the place of residence of a rural resident of the Kirovsky district in the household found and seized 23 growing drugs of the Konopra genus, as well as a cardboard box, which contains parts of plants weighing about 300 grams.

The man equipped a special room on the top floor of the house with automatic watering systems, heating, lighting and ventilation, thereby created favorable conditions for cultivation. Based on the results of the examination, it was found that the seized plants are hemp, as well as parts of drugwords with a total mass of about 190 grams in recalculation to the dried substance,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea said.

In relation to the man, criminal cases have been instituted on the grounds of a crime under Art. 228 and 231 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The maximum punishment can be up to ten years in prison.

The defendant was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
