A resident of the Kirovsky district will have to pay 90 thousand rubles for publications on the Internet

Resident of the village Vozrozhdenie, previously found guilty of committing an administrative offense for publishing Nazi paraphernalia, was again brought to justice under Part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and according to Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The offender will pay a fine in the total amount of 90 thousand rubles.
The court found that a 55-year-old local resident on his personal page of the Odnoklassniki social network posted publications that discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and photographic images expressed in an indecent form that offend human dignity and public morality, obvious disrespect for society, the state, official symbols of the Russian Federation— reported the press service of the court.
The perpetrator admitted his guilt in committing the incriminated administrative offenses.
The resolutions did not enter into legal force.
