A resident of the Nizhnyursky district was voiced by a sentence for a fatal accident in which four teenagers died

The Nizhnytorsky district court of the Republic of Crimea was sentenced to 28 year old resident of Crimea for an accident in which four teenagers died.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, the deadly accident occurred on October 27 last year, at about 23 o’clock the driver of the Skoda Octavia car, moving at a speed of 161 km/h, collided with two pitbikes and an ATV on the area of ​​the road between the villages of Zarechye and Kostochkovka of the Nizhnyursky district. As a result, three teenagers died on the spot, another died in the hospital. At the hearing, the defendant guilty of the charges found completely-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the court.

The court, having comprehensively studied the materials of the case, found the defendant guilty of committing a crime under Article 264 of part 5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 4 years 7 months with deprivation of the right to engage in vehicle management for a term of 2 years.

The convict will serve his sentence in a penal colony of general regime.
