A resident of the Simferopol region had an argument with a neighbor. The conflict ended… with murder

The Simferopol District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

According to investigators, at the end of September 2023, the accused, while in the village of Sofievka, Simferopol district, during a conflict with his neighbor, stabbed the latter six times in the neck and chest. The victim died from his injuries in the ambulance,” said the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Simferopol District Court for consideration on the merits.
