A school and kindergarten are being built in Yevpatoria. When is the delivery of objects

In Evpatoria, in the Ismail-Bey microdistrict, a secondary school for 480 students is being built.
Currently, work is being carried out to install a cement screed on the 3rd floor, air ducts are being installed on the 2nd floor, and work is underway to install the facade. Construction readiness of the facility – 38%— said the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea.
The facility is being implemented within the framework of the Russian state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.” The cost of construction is about 780 million rubles. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2025.
But a new kindergarten for 135 places (all in the same Ismail Bay microdistrict) will be commissioned next year. The construction readiness of the facility, according to experts, is 90%.
Currently, work is being carried out on installing suspended ceilings, installing railings, and also carrying out electrical installation and finishing work. Landscaping work is being carried out around the institution— noted in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea.
The facility is also being implemented within the framework of the Russian state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.” The cost of construction is about 331 million rubles.
