A school space for children's initiatives opened in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The grand opening of the school space for children’s initiatives took place at the Cossack Bay educational center. Participants in the event were school students, activists of the First Movement and the Youth Army, teachers, and parents. Schoolchildren were given a tour of the spaces of children’s initiatives “Childhood Navigators”, “Eaglets of Russia”, “Russia — Land of Opportunities”, “Ticket to the Future”, “Knowledge Society” and other federal projects.
Today I had the great honor of cutting the ribbon and opening a space for children’s initiatives together with the president of the Cossack Bay educational center, Kirill Kulishov. Now every schoolchild, teacher, parent, by pointing their phone at the QR code, will be able to get acquainted with the opportunities that our great country of Russia opens up for children and, of course, take part in federal projects and find their own direction for self-realization and self-development— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the regional coordinator of the All-Russian project “Navigators of Childhood” Natalya Zagorodnaya.
By participating in projects, experts note, children get the opportunity for personal and professional growth, and teachers and parents support them, guide them and create conditions for the development of their abilities and talents.
The development of this project was carried out with the participation of school activists, parents, an initiative group of teachers and, of course, the school administration. It is necessary that from childhood a child knows about his national and cultural identity and belonging to Russia. Only in our country, thanks to projects, a child has the opportunity to realize himself, show his talents, and present projects. The school space creates in children a sense of responsibility, patriotism, and a desire to achievesays Tatyana Dontsova, director of the Cossack Bay educational center.
School students noted that participation in activities provides many opportunities in the future.
In each project you can find yourself, and also receive, for example, additional points when entering higher educational institutions. I’m excited about the trip to Artek, and I’ll definitely try myself in each of the presented projects, — notes the president of the educational center “Cossack Bay” Kirill Kulishov.
We would like to remind you that the pilot educational institutions in Sevastopol for the design of spaces for children’s initiatives have been school No. 55, the educational center “Kazachya Bay”, and “ECOTECH+ SCHOOL”.
