In Simferopol, with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea and the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, a scientific and practical conference “Ecology and Health” was held. The organizer of the event was the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention”.
Vladimir Meshcheryakov, chief freelance specialist in medical prevention of the Ministry of Health of Crimea, chief physician of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
During the event, presentations were made by students of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor named after. S. I. Georgievsky FSAOU VO «Crimean Federal University named after V. I. Vernadsky» and the Crimean Law Institute (branch) of the University of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation.
Future doctors presented in their reports topics related to the preservation of human health in close connection with environmental factors and adherence to a healthy lifestyle. In turn, law school students made presentations on the role of the prosecutor’s office in ensuring the rights of citizens to a healthy environment, as well as on other topics.
