A secondary school is being built in Yevpatoria

The customer is the State Treasury Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Crimea”, the contractor is the Limited Liability Company “Construction Company Consol-Stroy LTD”. The contract value is 919.623 million rubles.

The school consists of three floors and a basement with a total area of ​​10,930.53 sq. m. m. Geographically, the building is located on a plot of 3.0453 hectares, in the area of ​​Eshlefa Shemy-Zade and Kezlev streets. The green area will be 11,641 square meters. m., which corresponds to 40% of the total area of ​​the site. In addition, a stadium with an area of ​​2,948 square meters will be equipped on the school grounds. m., which is 9% of the total area, and 12% of the site is allocated for children’s playgrounds.

The school building has 13 classrooms, including 4 rooms specially equipped for practical classes and laboratory work. There are also two specialized classrooms for studying foreign languages ​​and one for computer science and computer technology. To develop practical skills, there is a combined workshop for wood and metal processing with a tool area, as well as a fabric processing workshop (technology room for girls), and a culinary class. A library with a reading area and media library will create conditions for independent study and research.

The sports infrastructure includes a large gym measuring 18 by 30 meters, as well as a small hall for additional classes. For physical training, locker rooms and rooms for instructors are provided.

The school also includes administrative and utility rooms, an auditorium with 358 seats with artistic stages, a lobby group and sanitary facilities for both students and staff. The circles of technical creativity and youth biological activities, which develop the interests of schoolchildren, have not been forgotten. The catering unit organizes meals for students, providing their energy and nutritional needs. All these premises contribute to the creation of a complete educational environment.

Alexander Reznikov noted that for students with disabilities the school provides: ramps and elevators for movement, tactile landmarks for the visually impaired, as well as special resources for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Currently, workers at the site are finishing the façade, landscaping the area, installing technological equipment, installing lamps and low-current networks. The degree of construction readiness of the facility is 92%. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2025.
