A shorter working day for women is approved by 68% of the inhabitants of Crimea

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
State Duma deputy Igor Antropenko from the United Russia faction made the initiative reduce the working day for women by at least one hour, So that they have more time for their family. At the same time, the level of wages is proposed to be left unchanged. According to the survey, most respondents (68%) supported the idea of a parliamentarian («definitely for, because women in addition to work still have a lot of worries at home, and an extra hour is simply necessary»). 17% of respondents opposed («I am for equality. Either they will reduce the working day or anyone»). 15% found it difficult to answer (“It is necessary to develop paternity in Russia so that both parents are equivalent to raising children”; “It is not possible to realize this idea in all areas”).
Women more often than the stronger sex supported the reduction in the working day: 78% versus 53%, respectively. 27% of men and 8% of residents of Crimea do not approve the initiative: “Employers will not hire women to work. It is unprofitable to business. ”
The older the respondents, the more supporters are the initiatives among them: among those surveyed up to 35 years old, 63%supported the idea, and among citizens over 45 — already 70%.
