A special fire safety regime is being introduced in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A special fire-prevention regime will be introduced in Sevastopol from July 5, 2024. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Sevastopol Government chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. The special fire-prevention regime is designed to reduce the risk of fires due to the predicted hot and dry weather.
It is prohibited:
- carrying out agricultural burning;
- grass burning;
- other actions that increase the risk of fires.
To ensure fire safety in forests, the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology will impose restrictions on citizens’ presence in forests, entry of vehicles, and a ban on certain types of work for 21 days.“- the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the public safety department, Alexey Krasnokutsky.
