A sports and fitness center will appear on Vakulenchuk Street in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The project for the construction of a sports and recreation center near Vakulenchuk Street was considered by members of the architectural and artistic council at a meeting chaired by Vice Governor Nikolai Gordyushin. It is planned that the building will be six-story, including two floors of underground parking for 42 places. On the first and second ground floors there will be a gym, a yoga terrace, a gym, on the third — a medical rehabilitation center, on the fourth — a sports cafe. The facade of the building is planned to be executed in a modern style. The members of the architectural and artistic council accepted the project, but made a number of comments. They concerned the convenience of arrivals and passages to the territory of the center, the sidewalk line, as well as the architectural appearance of the facade of the building.
A general positive conclusion was given for the complex on Vakulenchuk. The project is good and worthy. Colleagues support me that it needs to be done , — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Nikolai Gordyushin.
Also, the architectural and artistic council considered the project of an emergency hospital in the Fiolentovsky highway area, 15. The medical institution is designed for 470 beds and 200 visits per shift. Members of the architectural and artistic council had already considered this project before, but after that, the examination revealed seismic activity at the construction site, so the documentation needed to be finalized.
Council members are professionals who understand how the situation can be corrected. Therefore, it was proposed to replace the external diagonal ties with monolithic reinforced concrete walls, this should correct the situation and ensure stability. There were also comments on color schemes, I think that we will return to the previously agreed project, which suited the members of the council. A proposal was also made to improve the roof of the building in order to provide access for patients , the vice-governor emphasizes.
The project of the emergency hospital was sent for revision.
The Architectural and Artistic Council also reviewed the documentation for the indoor artificial ice rink at the intersection of General Melnik Street and Laboratornoye Highway. The framework is currently being erected at the site, however, some decisions differ from those taken by the council before construction began.
The original design of the ice rink was approved by the council, and it was really good, well-built in terms of architecture. But at some point there was a failure, and the project documentation was made with deviations from the previously agreed appearance. We saw this, and the directorate of capital construction itself came to us with the question of how to improve the project. We corrected and made as close as possible to what was agreed upon earlier. As a result, I think the project will be worthy , — explains the deputy governor.
In addition, today at a meeting of the Architectural and Art Council, they discussed the project for the overhaul of the retaining wall on Mikhailovskaya Street, 19, and also reconsidered the project for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings and a retail and office building in the area of Prospect General Ostryakov. Comments have been received on these issues, which will be additionally recorded in the protocol and taken into account by the designer.
The project for the installation of a memorial plaque by V.V. Vereshchagin at Cape Fiolent was also sent for revision. According to the decision of the council, it is necessary to revise the decisions both in terms of the text and the appearance of the board.
Recall that today the Architectural and Art Council adopted three projects in the field of improvement. These are squares on Gorpischenko Street, in the village of Osipenko and in the village of Dalne. Decisions were also made on the construction of a multifunctional complex in the Gagarinsky district, a residential building on Geroev Brest Street and the reconstruction of a service station on Fiolentovsky Highway. Total council reviewed 12 projects.
