A story from Yalta about someone else's Porsche, a torn off bumper, traffic violations and… punishment

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yalta brought to administrative responsibility the driver who violated the traffic rules. A clear picture is in the video from social networks.
February 18, in Yalta, on the street. K. Marx, near house No. 6B, the driver of a Porsche Panamera hit a metal fence. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection, identified the offender and detained him. A 27-year-old local resident was driving an elite foreign car.
Based on the results of the checks, it was established that the owner of the vehicle is a legal entity. The driver driving the car did not have a compulsory motor liability insurance policy and did not have a waybill with him, which violated clause 2.1.1 of the Russian Traffic Regulations— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up in relation to the violator, Part 2 of Art. 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure by the owner of a vehicle to fulfill the obligation established by federal law to insure his civil liability, as well as driving a vehicle). The unfortunate driver faces a fine of 1,300 rubles. He will also have to compensate for the damage caused to the city administration (that same metal fence). And then there’s the matter of repairing an expensive car…
