The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) summed up the results of the grant competition for youth projects among individuals «Rosmolodezh. Grants: Microgrants» in 2024. As part of this competition, 4974 applications were submitted, of which 229 projects were recommended by experts for the award of grants for a total of more than 19 million rubles.
One of the winners of the competition was Darya Pomozova, the commander of the student pedagogical detachment «Energy» of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian student detachments. Thanks to the grant funds, Darya and her team are implementing the project «Championship of counselor skills of the Republic of Crimea».
The project is aimed at identifying and training highly qualified counselors for children’s camps, as well as meeting the personnel needs in children’s camps. In the context of the growing need for qualified counselors in children’s camps and educational institutions in the region, the championship is aimed at improving the professional level and exchanging best practices in counseling skills.
The championship, which will be held in the autumn, will unite the best student teaching teams and the best counselors of the Republic of Crimea. The event will include creative and intellectual competitions, educational and creative master classes, thematic platforms and round tables to develop a strategy for the development of the counselor direction among Crimean students. As a result of the competition, the best student teaching team and the best counselor of the Republic of Crimea will be determined based on the results of 2024.
For me and my team it isT the grant is a huge opportunity to realize our ideas and make a contribution mine contribution to the development of counselor skills in Crimea. We strive not only to identify the best counselors, but also to create a platform for exchanging experience and improving skills. I am sure that our championship will become an important event for everyone who works with children and will help improve the professional level of counselors in the region.
