The All-Russian school for training instructors of student train brigades of conductors of the youth all-Russian public organization «Russian student teams» was held in the Samara region. The event was attended by about 70 representatives from 20 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, who gathered at the Youth Center of the Samara Region «Forest Fairy Tale».
Within the framework of the school, the functionality and job responsibilities of the instructor of train crews, the algorithm of interaction with the department for personnel management and social development were studied. The mechanism of the instructor’s action in case of an emergency has been worked out. The role of the instructor of the All-Russian student team of conductors in the performance of duties on labor protection at the workplace, labor protection at the enterprise is determined. School participants attended classes on critical thinking, as a fundamental component in the work of the Instructor.
Following the results of the school, interviews were held with candidates for the position of instructor of student train crews of the All-Russian labor project «Tselina — 2023».
The Instructor Training School was productive and emotional! We attended interesting lectures and workshops, we were told all the nuances of working as an instructor. It was especially nice to meet interesting guys from different parts of our country, as well as meet friends who were in other cities, — Elizaveta Tsertiy, deputy head of student groups of conductors, shared her impressions.
