The government of Sevastopol has approved a territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care in 2024 and the planning period 2025-2026.
In general, the cost of the territorial free medical care program for 2024 is 11 billion 99.3 million rubles, of which 3 billion 342.6 million rubles come from the budget of Sevastopol— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the health department Vitaly Denisov.
First of all, funds are provided for emergency medical care.
An amount is also allocated for medical care in an outpatient setting — this is 363.9 million rubles, for specialized care in a day hospital — 15.6 million rubles,” added the director of the department.
1 billion 231.7 million rubles are allocated to provide preferential categories of citizens with medicines.
At the expense of compulsory health insurance funds, 8 billion 647.7 million rubles are provided. For emergency medical care — 497.3 million rubles, as well as primary health care — 3,264.9 million rubles, specialized (including high-tech) — 3,659.7 million rubles, and within a day hospital — in the amount of 987.3 million rublesemphasizes Vitaly Denisov.
For 2025, the cost of the program will be 12 billion 338.2 million rubles, and for 2026 – 10 billion 740.6 million rubles.
Also during the meeting, additional funding for medical care was allocated within the framework of compulsory medical insurance — 328 million rubles.
