A test for the brave. In Crimea, firefighters train on a fire obstacle course
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, on the territory of the Kerch garrison, a training was held, where employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations developed their moral and psychological qualities and skills on the firing line. Such classes are held once every three months.
The work of firefighters and rescuers takes place in different conditions, and sometimes extinguishing a fire turns into a real struggle with abnormally high temperatures, heavy smoke and toxic burning substances. That is why only professionals who have not only practical skills, but also are able to withstand psychological stress are allowed to work on fires— said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
A psychological training fire zone is a set of special projectiles located in a certain territory and designed to develop firefighters’ moral, psychological and volitional qualities, the ability to think quickly, the ability to control their actions and manage them in a difficult situation of a fire or emergency.
