150 land plots are located in the Okunevsky rural settlement of the Black Sea region.

A third land massif has been formed in Crimea to provide free ownership of land plots to participants in a special military operation.

According to the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea, the massif is located in the Okunevsky rural settlement of the Black Sea region, near the village of Okunevka and consists of 150 plots.

The institution of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation”, subordinate to the Ministry of Property of Crimea, carried out the necessary cadastral work on the formation of land plots. Including information has been entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate and cadastral numbers have already been assigned to it.

At the moment, local government bodies are working to notify applicants about the designation of a land plot. Let me remind you that the provision of land plots occurs automatically based on the time applicants are placed in the queuesaid Deputy Minister Anatoly Zaichenko.
