A tourist lost his way on the Botkin trail. Saved, of course, «Crimea-SPAS»

The emergency on the Botkin trail happened the day before. There was a message that a man, while walking along the Botkinskaya trail, lost his way, went to an impenetrable rocky area. He cannot move further on his own, the help of rescuers in search and evacuation is required.
A duty shift of employees of the Yalta emergency rescue team of the GKU RK «Crimea-Spas» consisting of 5 people and 1 piece of equipment went to the scene. Rescuers contacted the man by phone and gave recommendations on how to safely wait for help, as well as determined his location and advanced to the proposed search area. Upon arrival, rescuers found a tourist in the area of the Yauzlar gorge on a difficult rocky area. Employees of the GKU RK «KRYM-SPAS» took the victim to a safe place. The man, born in 1962, did not need medical assistance. Also, the rescuers held a preventive conversation about the rules of safe behavior in the mountain-forest zone— reported the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Crimea.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reminds:

- first of all, take seriously the choice of comfortable clothes and shoes;
- do not make transitions in poor visibility (fog) or at night;
- among the things that you need to take with you, without fail, there should be: warm clothes, additional power sources for your mobile phone, a flashlight. It is also advisable to have a GPS-navigator with you.
- for movement, the safest route should be chosen, even if it is longer;
In case of emergencies, you must call the rescue service at a single emergency call number — «112» or 101.
