A tourist went for a walk in the Panagia tract and broke her leg. «Crimea-SPAS» came to the rescue

Yesterday at 11:40 a.m., the control panel of the emergency department on duty received a message that in the village of Zelenogorie, near the Panagia tract, a girl, moving along a mountain path, stumbled, fell and injured her leg. Unable to move on its own. The help of rescuers is required in its search and evacuation from the mountain-forest area.
Employees of the Sudak emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea went to the scene. Upon arrival, the emergency department began search operations. As a result, the girl was found in the area of the Arpat waterfall on loose soil in a hard-to-reach place.
Rescuers rendered first aid to the victim by applying a cold compress and a vacuum splint to the injured limb. Having organized a safe descent, the rescuers on a special stretcher transported the girl to the ambulance.— said the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
Note that the evacuation route was about 2 km.
