A unique «Process Factory» opened in Crimea
The first “Process Factory” in Crimea, a production site for training employees of enterprises participating in the national project “Labor Productivity”, opened in Simferopol on the basis of one of the largest Crimean bakery enterprises.
Today is a very important day for Crimea: we launched the Process Factory for the first time. This is a unique platform where employees of enterprises participating in the national project «Labor Productivity» and other large enterprises of the republic, as well as representatives of regional executive authorities , will be trained, — said Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko .
According to her, two training programs are planned: «Implementation of lean manufacturing tools in the enterprise» and «Improving the efficiency of office processes.»
As part of the training programs, lean manufacturing tools will be studied, and then the acquired knowledge can be applied during a business game that simulates a production and office process. This will allow evaluating the benefits of introducing lean manufacturing tools at the enterprise, which allow you to get a significant economic effect with minimal cash investment.
If in previous years the training was conducted by the Federal Competence Center, now our Crimean trainers will train the staff. They have passed certification, received confirmation of their knowledge, and now we can proudly say that Crimea itself will conduct training for employees of enterprises within the framework of the national project , — said Irina Kiviko.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that in the Republic the national project «Labor Productivity» involved 27 enterprises. In total, up to 1202 year, it is planned to connect to the national project about 40 Crimean enterprises.
