A waste dump was liquidated in Kerch. Under the control of bailiffs

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol notes:

Representatives of the Kerch city administration and one of the city utility companies were in no hurry to liquidate the landfill that had arisen near the city cemetery. The Kerch Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit. According to the court decision, the debtors were ordered to liquidate the waste dump. However, representatives of the city administration and the utility company chose to delay implementing the court decision. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the debtors. But even then, representatives of the city administration and the utility company did not draw any conclusions for themselves, explaining their inaction by the lack of a place where the waste could be removed.

For untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff issued an order against the debtors to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, which was subsequently paid. Nevertheless, the landfill continued to remain in the same place. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol brought representatives of the city administration and the utility company to administrative responsibility, drawing up protocols against them under Part 1, Part 2 of Art. 17.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Having considered the case materials, the court imposed fines on the debtors of 30 thousand and 50 thousand rubles, respectively. Also, an employee of the enforcement authorities warned debtors about criminal liability under Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The measures taken by the bailiff had the desired effect, and after a short time, representatives of the Kerch city administration and the debtor city utility company liquidated the landfill by reclaiming the landfill where the waste was located.
