CrimeaPRESS reports:
A resident of the Sovietsky District, found guilty of murder, was sent to prison. The court found that in mid-February 2024, during an argument, the man struck his 59-year-old wife multiple times with an axe, as well as with his hands and feet on the head and body, from which she died.
Taking into account the position of the prosecutor, the court sentenced the perpetrator to a term of imprisonment of 10 years and 6 months to be served in a strict regime penal colony.— the republican prosecutor’s office reported.
The sentence has not entered into legal force.
