A woman was arrested in Kerch for strangling her husband

The Kerch City Court reviewed the warrant for the arrest of a 56-year-old Kerchan woman, who is accused of being in the living room of a household located in TSN “Orbita” during the period from 22:00 on 10/13/2024 to 02:00 on 10/14/2024. , on the basis of hostile relations, with the help of a scarf, using it as a noose, she threw it around the neck of her husband lying on the sofa, and using her physical strength she strangled the said person, as a result of which the husband died at the scene.

By a court decision, the accused was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 2 months. Disagreeing with the court’s ruling, the defendant’s lawyer filed an appeal. The court ruling did not enter into legal force.
