In the Simferopol region, a local resident was convicted of causing grievous harm to the health of her husband.
The Simferopol District Prosecutor’s Office supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 43-year-old local resident. The court found that in September last year, a woman, while at her place of residence, during a conflict with her husband, stabbed him in the chest with a kitchen knife, causing grievous bodily harm.— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to 3 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period for a similar period. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
