As established by the court, on February 11, 2023, a resident of Kerch, having previously been brought to administrative responsibility for petty theft, while in the Yabloko store, taking advantage of the fact that no one was watching her actions, in order to extract material gain, for reasons of personal gain, tried steal, picking up 1 bottle of wine «Villa Krym Sauvignon ordinary white dry Russia» 0.75 l. 12-13% ”, worth 372 rubles, which he later put under his jacket, located with him, and went past the cash register, through the central entrance, without paying for this product, but was detained at the entrance next to the store by store employees.
The Kerch City Court of the Republic of Crimea found the 23-year-old previously convicted defendant guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 h. 1 tbsp. 158.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced him, taking into account the addition of the unserved part of the punishment, in the form of imprisonment for a term of 1 year 1 month with serving the sentence in a colony-settlement— noted in the press service of the court.
The verdict did not enter into force.
