About 3 thousand Sevastopol families this year began to receive a monthly payment from the capital
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Starting this year, a monthly payment from the maternity capital is provided for each child up to 3 years old, including the first child. Previously, families could allocate mother’s capital for these purposes only when a second child appeared, while parents received one payment, even if the family had several children under 3 years old.
The amount of the monthly payment is one living wage per child in the region of residence at the time of application. Thus, depending on the subject of the Russian Federation, it is set in most regions of Russia from 10,887 to 20,880 rubles. In the northern regions of the country, in the presence of special natural and climatic zones, the amount ranges from 21,120 to 41,998 rubles. In Sevastopol, the amount of payment is 15,560 rubles— noted in the press service of the department.
The payment is assigned to families with an average income of less than two living wages per person. If the family has several children under 3 years old, and when receiving a payment for one of them, the family income did not exceed two living wages (in Sevastopol — 29,038 rubles), then parents can apply for a payment for another child. In this case, the application for payment is submitted for each child separately.
