Crimean Federal University became the winner of the competition for the launch of student entrepreneurship acceleration programs. The project starts in October. According to the university, the launch of a large-scale acceleration program will create the prerequisites for the formation of an ecosystem of technological entrepreneurship.
Our task is to form project technological entrepreneurial teams and support students’ initiatives to create innovative products. We will help the guys in the search, expertise and support of their projects. The development of entrepreneurial skills will allow young people to implement their innovative ideas and implement projects while studying at the university , — quotes the press service of the deputy director for science of the Taurida Academy of KFU named after IN AND. Vernadsky, head of the acceleration program of Ashot Barseghyan.
As noted at the university, the launch of a large-scale acceleration program will create the prerequisites for the formation of an ecosystem of technological entrepreneurship.
According to him, 400 students of the Crimean Federal University will take part in the pilot program. During the program, they will be able to develop their own projects in various areas: medicine, agriculture, economics, IT, engineering and others.
The accelerator program will include strategic sessions, business games, work with experts from different industries. The best student projects will be implemented on the basis of the university. The idea to create such a program came to us thanks to our participation in the project-educational intensive “Archipelago 2022″, – notes the head of the program.
The program will run until the end of the year. During this time, it is planned to develop more than 50 start-up projects.
The competition for the launch of acceleration programs was held as part of the implementation of the federal project «University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform» with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The winners of the competition were 75 universities from 46 regions of Russia.
