Accident in Belogorsk district of Crimea: 5 people injured in collision between minibus and car

The police and the prosecutor’s office are investigating a traffic accident with five victims (including a child born in 2019) in the Belogorsk district of Crimea. According to the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the accident occurred this afternoon (at 15:00) near the village of Kurskoye.

At 32 km of the Simferopol-Feodosia highway, a driver born in 1995, driving a Hyundai, leaving a secondary road near the village of Kurskoye, failed to give way to a Mercedes Sprinter, which was moving straight ahead without changing traffic, resulting in a collision. As a result of the traffic accident, 5 people were injured, including one minor born in 2019, who were in the Hyundai— the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.

Currently, State Traffic Safety Inspectorate officers continue to establish the detailed circumstances of the incident.
