Accident in Sevastopol: the truck did not have time to «slip» in front of the train

In Sevastopol, the State traffic inspectorate brought to justice a driver who violated the rules for entering a railway crossing. Looking ahead, we note how lucky the truck driver was, who did not have time to «slip» in front of the train. However, everything is on video.
Today, at about 12:00 pm, a 48-year-old driver of an Isuzu truck collided with a train locomotive while passing a railway crossing at a traffic light. The Isuzu truck received mechanical damage from the impact and left the roadway. No one was injured in the accident and the driver did not show signs of intoxication.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
On the fact of violation of traffic rules, the truck driver was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 12.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (departure to a railway crossing at a prohibitory traffic signal) and under Part 1.1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle with a diagnostic card not issued in accordance with the established procedure, confirming the vehicle’s admission to participation in road traffic).
