Accident in Sevastopol: what did the careless car lady do

This morning (at 10:55) in Sevastopol, on Taras Shevchenko Street, a mass accident occurred, the culprit of which was an inattentive girl.
A 23-year-old female driver, driving a Volkswagen car, in the area of house number 28 on Taras Shevchenko Street, when leaving a secondary road for the main one, did not provide an advantage in traffic and collided with a Hyundai car driven by a 27-year-old driver. After the collision, the Volkswagen car continued to move and collided with a Toyota car driven by a 37-year-old driver— reported in the Internal Affairs Directorate for the city of Sevastopol.
No one was injured in the crash, and the drivers showed no signs of intoxication. For violation of traffic rules of the Russian Federation, the autolady was brought to administrative responsibility under part 2 of article 12.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with the requirement of traffic rules to give way to a vehicle that takes advantage of the passage of intersections.”
