Accident in Yevpatoria: 7.5 thousand people were left without electricity

7.5 thousand residents of the resort Evpatoria were left without electricity due to the accident. About this TASS reported the press service of the state enterprise Krymenergo.

Disconnected 7.5 thousand people— the company reported.

An emergency team is currently working. It is planned to restore power supply within three hours.

Later, the first deputy minister of fuel and energy of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Voronkin, Telegram channel reported that in total in the city of Yevpatoria and 11 settlements of the Bakhchisarai, Leninsky and Pervomaisky districts of the Republic of Crimea, due to a technological violation in the networks, more than 10 thousand people were left without electricity.

Due to a technological violation in the networks of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo» there was a power outage in the following settlements: Evpatoria, the villages of Shevchenkovo, Kashtany, Otradnoye, Bakhchisarai district, the villages of Pshenichnoye, Oktyabrskoye, the village of Pervomaiskoye, the village of Upornoye, Pervomaiskoye district, the villages of Stantsionnoye, Novootradnoye, Nizhnezamorskoye, Verkhnezamorskoe Leninsky district. De-energized: 50 transformer substations (transformer substations — TASS note), 4,777 supply points (10,387 people)he wrote.

Emergency crews are already carrying out restoration work.
