According to the claim of the Simferopol environmental prosecutor, more than 12 million rubles were recovered from the state income
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Simferopol Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor’s Office conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation. It has been established that one of the enterprises in the city of Evpatoria does not pay fees for the negative impact on the environment, as a result of which a debt has arisen.
In order to eliminate these violations, the environmental prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the enterprise, based on the results of which, measures aimed at eliminating them were not taken in full, and the amount of debt was not repaid. In this regard, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to collect the said debt— reported the supervisory agency.
By the decision of the Yevpatoria City Court, the prosecutor’s claims were satisfied, and more than 12 million rubles were recovered from the state.
