According to the results of last year, the income of the consolidated budget of Crimea exceeded the expenditure part by 1.9 billion rubles. Moreover, the republic’s own income increased by 28.6%, or almost 29.5 billion rubles, amounting to 132.3 billion rubles. This is the highest financial indicator since 2014, when its own revenue base was only 11.8 billion rubles. The growth was carried out thanks to the layered work of the Crimean government, including the clearly developed plan of the measures of the Crimean Crimeanician improvement program,-quoted the press service Irina Kiviko.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that in 2024 the revenues of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Crimea amounted to 305.9 billion rubles, exceeding annual purposes by 2.2%, expenses-304 billion rubles. With the execution of annual appointments by 96.6%.
The largest share in the structure of tax and non -tax income of the republic was occupied by personal income tax, the receipts of which amounted to 47.2 billion rubles, or more than a third (35.7%) of the volume of own income. The annual tax purposes are overfulfilled by 4.4%, compared with 2023, the revenues increased by 8.9 billion rubles, or by 23.3%.
The receipts are also exceeded, both in the year and in comparison with the 2023 indicator almost all tax and non-tax payments. Regarding the budget expenditures for the reporting period, the head of the Main Financial Department of the Republic reported that expenses were incurred in percentage ratio at the expense of: Republican — 46.2% (140.5 billion rubles), federal — 28.8% (87.6 billion rubles .), extra -budgetary — 13.5% (41.1 billion rubles), municipal — 9.6% (29.1 billion rubles), Moscow budget — 1.7% (5.2 billion rubles) , infrastructure loans — 0.2% (512 million rubles).
Most of the expenses, which is 161.4 billion rubles. (about 53% of the total execution, 99.7% of the annual appointments) is aimed at financing the industries of the socio-cultural sphere (social policy, education, culture and cinema, physical culture and the media). Compared with the 2023 indicator, these purposes increased by 4.1 billion rubles.
A significant part of the expenses is also aimed at the national economy of the republic (development of industries) — 96.2 billion rubles. The local budgets of the regions for the reporting year received more than 51.1 billion rubles. (99.9% per annum) inter -budget transfers from the republic’s budget, which amounted to 16.8% of the total consolidated budget of the Republic of Crimea, with an increase of 7.3 billion rubles by 2023, or 16.8%.
The growth of income in 2024 made it possible not only to solve the tasks set by the Crimean government, but also to complete the financial year with a complete reduction in the budget deficit, which at first in the consolidated budget of the republic for 2024 was planned in the amount of 13.5 billion rubles, and as a result not only was reduced by reduced , but a surplus of 1.9 billion rubles was also formed.
