The Deputy Prime Minister said that the largest proportion in the structure of tax and non-tax revenues of the republic was occupied by personal income tax, the receipts of which amounted to 1.8 billion rubles, or 21.4% of the volume of own income. Planned purposes for January are overfulfilled by 15.6%, annual purposes are performed by 3.5%. Compared to last year’s indicator, the receipt increased by 395.1 million rubles, or by 29.1%.

Including, compared with the 2024 indicator, revenues for: income tax-by 187.6 million rubles, or 15.8% (the plan for January was 100% fulfilled); A tax charged in connection with the use of a simplified taxation system is 10 times, or 28.9 million rubles. (the plan for January is overfulfilled 7.8 times); A single agricultural tax — by 1.1 million rubles. Regarding the execution of the expenditure part of the budget, the chief financier of Crimea said that in the percentage ratio the expenses for January were incurred at the expense of funds: 74% of the republican (7.7 billion rubles), 12.8% — municipal (1.3 billion rubles), 11.4% — federal (1.1 billion rubles), 0.1% — the budget of the city of Moscow (7.3 million rubles);

Most of the expenses, which is 7.6 billion rubles. (about 75% of the total execution, 5.9% of the annual appointments) is aimed at financing the industries of the socio-cultural sphere (social policy, education, culture and cinematography, physical culture and the media). Compared to the 2024 indicator, these purposes increased by almost a third, or 3.2 billion rubles.

A significant part of the expenses is also aimed at the national economy of the republic (development of industries) — 1.6 billion rubles. (15.5% of the total amount of expenses, 2.1 times, or by 817.4 million rubles more than last year), the implementation of national issues — 606.5 million rubles. (6%, by 14.7%, or almost 78 million rubles, respectively), housing and communal services-240.3 million rubles. (2.4%).

The local budgets of the regions for the reporting year received more than 2.7 billion rubles. (almost 5% per annum) inter -budget transfers from the republic’s budget, which amounted to 27% of the total execution of the consolidated budget of the republic, with an increase to the indicator of last year by 245.4 million rubles, or almost 10%.
