A meeting was held in Simferopol on the preparation of the housing stock for the heating season 2023-2024 chaired by Deputy Head of the Simferopol Administration Vladimir Kim with the participation of representatives of managing organizations.
The meeting was also attended by Veronika Globa, Deputy Head of the Inspectorate for Housing Supervision, Emin Nabiev, Deputy Head of the Department of Urban Affairs of the City Administration, employees of relevant structural divisions of the City Administration, Deputy General Director — Chief Engineer of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymteplokommunenergo» Sergey Zabara, as well as representatives of homeowners’ associations, housing-construction cooperatives and associations of real estate owners.
As of August 30 of this year, out of 2,623 apartment buildings, 1,896 apartment buildings received the act and passports of readiness. This is more than 70%. Each apartment building undergoes an audit, the heating system is subject to flushing and pressure testing. The work is progressing according to schedule and will be completed by mid-September.Vladimir Kim said.
