Adopted the Federal Law «On the Conducting the Services of Guest Houses»

According to our estimates, more than 9 thousand such objects operate in the republic, in most cases this is a family small business, which, like the authorities, are interested in ensuring harmonious integration of the small and individual means of placing Crimea in the legal field of the Russian Federation. This is one of the main tasks in the field of tourism set by the head of the republic Sergey Aksyonov— said Sergey Ganziy.

He also noted that the adoption of the law will provide an opportunity to ensure the provision of high -quality and safe services in guest houses and will make existing means of accommodating transparent, competitive and more profitable.

They will have the possibility of new advertising mechanisms, obtaining state support measures, working with tour operators, as well as full participation in image events, including conducted by the ministry. In accordance with the adopted law, the experiment comes into force on September 1, 2025, and therefore it is necessary to carry out a lot of work until this time, including in terms of adoption of by -laws that will ensure the implementation of the law— notes the minister.
