CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean prosecutor’s office demands that a criminal case be opened regarding fraud in the maintenance of in-house gas equipment.
It was established that in 2019, an agreement was concluded between the management company and the limited liability company for the maintenance and repair of in-house gas equipment for 73 apartment buildings located in the Nizhnegorsky district.
As the audit showed, the work was not actually completed, despite this, about 1.7 million rubles were transferred to the company’s bank account— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
Based on the facts of the identified violations, the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Pavel Smagorinsky sent the inspection materials to the investigative body to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The progress of the pre-investigation check is under the control of the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
