Akademichesky Beach is a new point of attraction in Sudak

A «dancing» fountain, an observation deck with breathtaking views and free sun loungers. A new beach has been opened near the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries (Tavrida.ART project).

The improvement of the coastal zone of Sudak continues, in 2023 several beaches with modern infrastructure and recreation areas will be available for residents and tourists. Akademichesky Beach will be an excellent place for family recreation and leisure, as well as a point of attraction for the creative youth of Sudak and participants in educational programs of the Academy of Creative Industries Meganom, which officially opened on May 27, — noted in the press service of «Tavrida.ART».

Access to the beach is absolutely free, moreover, all services will be free, including sunbeds. For a comfortable stay, sanitary zones, sports grounds and snack bars are being equipped. Now on the beach «Academic» there is a «dancing» fountain. The floating structure is visible from the very shore, and in the evening, light and musical accompaniment is turned on. An observation deck overlooking the sea has been landscaped on the beach — just climb up the stairs leading to the territory of the Academy.

On the shore, you can have picnics at sunset and meet Crimean sunrises. In addition, concerts by residents of the Tavrida art cluster and guest musicians will be held on the beach. One of the first on the stage of the Akademichesky beach as part of the opening of the Meganom Academy were the Grinkevich group and the OM group.

In 2019, Tavrida grew into an art cluster that brought together educational races, a festival, a casting platform, a grant competition, a federal network of art residences, a project accelerator, the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries, and other projects. In 2023, by order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Tavrida was transformed into the first youth and educational resort in Russia. Currently, work is underway to develop the territory and expand the infrastructure.
