Aksenov called for speeding up the preparation of documentation for the land of cooperatives and SNT in Crimea

The process of registration of title documents for land plots of citizens on the territory of dacha cooperatives and SNT must be completed before April of this year. This was stated by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.

Unfortunately, some heads of administrations previously formally approached this issue and did not complete the work, although the current legislation exhaustively allows for the resolution of issues in all SNTs without exception. Today, to resolve controversial issues, citizens do not need to personally go to court with statements of claim. Municipal administrations should take on this task in order to help Crimeans quickly register land plots,” Aksyonov emphasized.
