The head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov held a working meeting on the organization of road works in the municipalities of Crimea. He noted that throughout the Republic it is necessary to carry out patching of asphalt roads and grading of roads without asphalt, making them accessible to vehicles.

The main goal is to ensure the passability and illumination of all municipal roads. It was decided that Simferopol would be the first municipality to repair remote streets. In total, about 20 kilometers of the roadway will be put in order, it is planned to start from the Telephone Descent Lane. Due consideration should be given to steeply sloping streets. The experience gained in the Crimean capital will be used in all municipalities. In addition, it is necessary to repair all pedestrian staircases. Residents should be able to move freely and comfortably, — explained the Head of the Crimea.

On behalf of Sergey Aksyonov, by September 1, each municipality, together with the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea Krymavtodor, must submit an appropriate work plan.

The Head of the Republic also said that thanks to the decision of the President, Crimea will receive an additional 5 billion rubles for roads.

Our common task is to use these funds as efficiently as possible., — the Head of the Republic of Crimea stressed, pointing out that Krymavtodor should ensure the maintenance and maintenance of all roads in Crimea.

Sergey Aksyonov also added that next Thursday it is planned to hold a second meeting and update all the information received from the municipalities.
