The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, emphasized that it is necessary to provide preferential categories of citizens with the medicines they are entitled to in full. He is confident that interruptions in the supply of medicines are unacceptable.
Recently, the number of complaints related to disruptions in the supply of subsidized drugs has increased. First of all, we are talking about people with cancer and diabetes mellitus,” explained the Head of the Republic.
Aksyonov noted that thanks to the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in Crimea has the necessary measures to provide preferential medicines.
Assistance to privileged categories of citizens must be targeted and reach all patients. The current problem is the lack of a system and the need to fine-tune all supply processessaid the Head of Crimea.
According to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea, Konstantin Skorupsky, the republican Ministry of Health is currently directly involved in the provision of medicines. A department for public procurement of medicines and medical products has been created as part of optimizing the procedure for purchasing medicines.
