The evidence collected by the Main Investigation Department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are recognized as a court to be sufficient to pass the conviction against a resident of the village of Zhuraki. He was found guilty of committing a acquaintance of a friend (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The Kirov inter-district investigative department and the court found that on the night of February 3, 2024, a conflict occurred in the court of private household of the village of Zhuravki in the company of drunk men, as a result of which a 37-year-old villager struck a 51-year-old friend. Considering that he died, the attacker decided to hide the traces of the crime. Together with a friend on his car, he transferred a man who was unconscious, to the shore of the North Crimean Canal near the village of Novopokrovka, tied his legs with an electric cable and tied fragments of concrete pillars, after which he threw his body into the water, where it was discovered after a while by local residents-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the department.
During the joint work of the SK and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the identity of the suspect was established. On February 9, he was promptly detained at the Simferopol station.
The villager admitted his guilt in the murder, showing during the testing of testimony on the ground, as he committed a crime. A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen to him.
As part of the investigation, an assessment of the accomplice was also evaluated for covering a particularly serious crime.
The court verdict the man was sentenced to 11 years in prison with serving a sentence in a maximum security penal colony.
