It was preliminarily established that the 52-year-old Sevastopolets lived in the same apartment with his 75-year-old mother and often conflict with her against the backdrop of alcohol abuses. Once again, having overdo it with alcohol, he began to express his dissatisfaction with the fact that the pensioner supposedly «sits incorrectly.» In a fit of emotions, a man threw into her a case of glasses, who fell into an eye with force, causing moderate harm to health. After that, the negligent son went in an unknown direction, without even thinking of assisting the injured mother. The victim immediately turned to the district authorized police officer for help, who was a private guest in their house and helped solve household conflicts,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

The policeman promptly detained the offender, against whom the Russian OMVD department of the Russian OMVD in the Gagarinsky district opened a criminal case under part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Intentional infliction of medium severity of harm to health.» He faces up to three years in prison.
