Alimony defaulters will be denied employment in every third company in Crimea

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
Recently The State Duma approved the creation of a register of alimony debtors, it is intended to be open to everyone. The majority of employers in Crimea will not refuse to hire a debtor: 18% definitely not, 48% would rather not refuse. In their opinion, the defaulter must be given the opportunity to fulfill his obligations: “A person must be able to earn money in order to pay alimony.”
According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, non-payment of alimony cannot be considered a legal basis for refusal of employment, however, 10% of companies will definitely not accept such a candidate. Another 24% of recruiters have a rather negative attitude towards alimony debtors.
