All-Russian action «Welcome to the village» ended

In the Republic of Crimea, the results of the implementation of the All-Russian campaign «Welcome to the Village», organized within the framework of the national project «Healthcare», were summed up. According to Vladimir Meshcheryakov, chief freelance specialist in medical prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, chief physician of the Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention of the Republic of Crimea, during the three months of the action, doctors and volunteers visited 11 settlements of Crimea. These are the villages of Simferopol, Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Saki, Krasnogvardeisky, Leninsky, Nizhnegorsky, Pervomaisky, Razdolnensky, Soviet districts.
The participants of the action held educational conversations with local residents on the importance of adherence to a healthy lifestyle, spoke about the prevention of cardiovascular, oncological diseases and endocrine disorders, held master classes in Nordic walking, helped with cleaning the territory of FAPs and outpatient clinics— said Vladimir Meshcheryakov.
The final departure of volunteers and doctors in 2023 as part of the All-Russian campaign “Welcome to the Village” took place in the village of Chernozemnoye, Sovetsky District. In addition to traditional events, the organizers held the 10,000 Steps to Life campaign.
Carrying out the annual action «Welcome to the Village» helps to raise awareness of the population about the prevention of dangerous diseases, the principles of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the main rules for providing first aid— says the chief freelance specialist in medical prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
