The level of salaries for individual vacancies that were presented at the All -Russian Fair of Employment in Sevastopol reached 150 thousand rubles. The jobs were offered by 25 enterprises of the city, including Remor, Aval, the Ministry of Emergencies in Sevastopol, Social Fund, Sevenergotech, MFC, security company Berkut and others. Among the most popular specialists are drivers, locksmiths, teachers, utility workers. In summer, the demand for seasonal personnel is traditionally increased: grape, machine operators, tractor drivers, gardeners.
The fair in Sevastopol was held on two sites: in the personnel center and at the Sevastopol Economic and Humanitarian Institute. About 500 people became participants in the fair, and 69 residents of the city received an invitation for a second interview.
On the site of the personnel center, career consultants helped applicants. It was possible to take an express performance from employers, get advice and choose a suitable vacancy.
Together with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, a round table for participants in their and their families was also held here. We discussed issues of employment and launch of their own business.

The second site-the Sevastopol Economic and Humanitarian Institute-was focused on students and graduates of schools. Here was a fair of training places «Festival of professions.» Participants could pass career guidance games, attend master classes, trainings and workshops. A meeting of the Women’s Club “League of Success” on the topic “Sail of successful employment of youth” was also held.

According to the results of the two stages of the fair — in April and June — more than 1.3 thousand citizens attended the event in Sevastopol. As a result of the April stage of the All -Russian Fair, over 100 people were employed.
Recall that the All -Russian Fair of Employment is carried out annually on behalf of the President and since 2025 is part of the national project «Personnel».
