Almost 7,000 Sevastopol residents took part in the All-Russian campaign “Bibline-2025”

In Sevastopol, the All-Russian campaign «Bibline-2025» took place. It took place within two days: on April 25, children’s libraries worked, and on April 26 — urban and rural libraries for adults. A centralized library system for children under the action held 51 events in which more than 1,200 people participated.

The regional information and bastard system has prepared a rich program for residents and guests, dedicated to the year of the defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. On April 26, more than 100 events took place in 25 libraries of the city and rural zone, which were attended by over 5700 people — schoolchildren, students, representatives of youth associations, cultural volunteers, families with children. Central City Library named after L.N. Tolstoy became the main center of attraction, collecting almost 2,000 people. More than 3,500 participants attended events in branches-noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Within the framework of the action, more than 100 sites worked: intellectual and cognitive games, meetings with writers and poets, lectures, master classes, quizzes, movie materials and exhibitions. Particular attention was paid to the topic of the feat of the people in the Great Patriotic War, the preservation of historical memory and the transfer of spiritual values ​​to new generations.

In the Central City Library. L.N. Tolstoy «Bibline» was under the motto «Read the Victory». On all three floors of the library, 12 interactive locations worked, including: the literary and artistic game “War and Peace. The art of seeing ”, field mail“ Writing of Victory ”, cinema“ On the Heroes of the Fast Times ”, concert programs of the war years, exhibitions of rare books and retro exposure of objects of the Great Patriotic War.

One of the key events was the literary marathon of readings, where the participants shared memories of their relatives — the heroes of the war and modern defenders of the Fatherland. As part of the Victory Letter action, visitors wrote hundreds of warm words to support veterans of the Great Patriotic War and participants in a special military operation.

In total, almost 7,000 thousand people visited both days of 150 events within the framework of the action.
