Almost 7 out of 10 companies in Crimea today welcome university graduates without work experience

In a service survey SuperJob Career start Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part. In Crimea, the number of companies that hire university graduates without experience is now 68%.

Young specialists are more often hired by large businesses (79% of enterprises with over 1,000 employees).

Among enterprises and organizations of various industries, manufacturing, construction and IT companies are the most loyal to university graduates (78, 74 and 72%, respectively). The most in-demand young specialists today are engineers. Linear positions in sales departments and customer services are also open to university graduates. In some companies you will have to start from the positions of secretaries and assistants. Schools await graduates of pedagogical universities. Young doctors — clinics and hospitals. Graduates of IT faculties are also in demand, they note.
