Almost 8 out of 10 job seekers in Crimea check employers before employment

Most often, employers are checked by those who earn more. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
The majority of Crimeans (77%) check the employer before sending him a resume or going for an interview. Only 15% do not do this: “I am looking for a job in a government agency”; “I’ll see everything at the interview.” Most of those who collect and carefully analyze information about their future place of work are among city residents with a salary of 100 thousand rubles per month (81%),” noted the service’s press service.
Information about employers that is most often researched on the Internet is reviews from former employees. Applicants are also looking for data on financial and tax reporting, and court cases.
